Logistics Customer Service Representative - Import/Export Freight
Job Requirements
- Provide excellent customer service
- Provide sales support, pricing, rate quotations, and rate filing
- Utilize our system to track, trace, follow up, release cargo, and deliver shipments
- Review shipping documents, and client billing for consistency and accuracy
- Ensure clients/customers receive documents promptly and on time
- Follow up with clients/customers with updated shipment information and availability
- 3+ years’ experience in FCL/LCL, import, export, ocean and air shipments
- Work with customs brokerage to ensure entry/clearance of shipments
- Dangerous Good certification or training equivalent
- Work well in team environment and within global offices network
- Coordinate pickup to delivery to end customer worldwide. USA to Foreign export. Foreign import to USA. Foreign to Foreign. Import & export air, ocean, breakbulk.

Experience
- Import and Export: 3+ years (Preferred)
- International Shipping: 3+ years (Preferred)
- International Logistics: 3+ years (Required)
- Domestic Shipping: 3+ years
- Domestic Logistics: 3+ years
